IDEA Part C - Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities Program

State Profiles

The Council for Exceptional Children, together with its Division for Early Childhood and the Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities Coordinators Association, has developed profiles on selected states to demonstrate how IDEA Part C funding is used and certain policies that have been implemented.

Here you will find information such as: number of children served, federal IDEA Part C allocation, federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act allocation, family fees, reduction in provider reimbursement, and identification of the lead agency administering Part C.
